Consultation Retainer Policy

A $100 retainer is required to reserve your consultation appointment. This payment secures time on my books and gives us the space to discuss your goals, evaluate your current hair health, and explore the best extension options for your lifestyle.


If you choose to move forward with an extension service, the $100 retainer

will be applied toward your grand total

. If you decide not to proceed, the retainer remains non-refundable as it compensates for the time and expertise shared during our consultation.

Need to Reschedule?


You can reschedule your appointment at no cost if you give me at least 72 hours / 3 full days' notice. Simply make changes through the booking system or reach out ASAP.




Late Cancellations or Rescheduling


For cancellations or rescheduling within 72–48 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee of the service cost (up to $500) will be charged to honor my time.For cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment, a 100% fee of the service cost (up to $500) will be charged.To book another reservation time on my books, payment for the missed appointment and payment for the new date must be paid in full in advance.




No-Show Policy


If you don’t show up for your appointment, the

full cost

of the service will be charged. Your time is valuable, and so is mine—thank you for understanding.


To make another appointment, a new

retainer

will need to be submitted, and all future appointments will need to be

paid in full in advance

Running Late?


Please let me know if you’re running late. If you’re more than

15 minutes late

, I may need to modify or reschedule your appointment, which may incur a

50% cancellation fee

Gratuity Policy


Tips are never required but always appreciated! While I’ll never ask for one, if you feel I’ve gone above and beyond, gratuities are at your discretion.

Certain health conditions, allergies, medications, or previous treatments may affect your service results or pose risks. Please share any relevant information during your consultation or before your appointment.

Children in the Salon


To maintain a calm and safe environment, I kindly ask that only clients receiving services be present during appointments. Thank you for helping keep the atmosphere relaxing for everyone.




Photography & Videography Policy


I may capture photos or videos during your appointment to document your hair’s condition or showcase my work on social media. If you’d prefer not to appear on public platforms, just let me know! However, I may still document your hair for internal use or professional record-keeping.




COVID-19 Policy


Your safety matters to me!


If you’re feeling unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule. I follow strict sanitation protocols, including disinfecting tools, workstations, and shared spaces regularly. Hand sanitizers are always available.




Respectful Environment Policy


Kindness and respect make every visit better! I kindly ask all clients to be courteous to maintain a positive experience for everyone.




Behavior Policy


I work hard to create a welcoming environment, but I will not tolerate aggressive, threatening, or harassing behavior.


If a client becomes verbally or physically aggressive, I reserve the right to immediately stop the service, ask them to leave, and refuse future appointments. Refunds will not be issued for services interrupted due to inappropriate behavior.


Your safety and comfort are always my priority, and I will take action when necessary.




Right to Refuse Service


I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates my policies or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment.




Refunds & Exchanges


While I take pride in my work, I do not offer refunds for completed services. If something doesn’t feel right, please let me know before you leave so I can make it right!


For retail products, unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase.
